Strange phenomena...

Don"t know if it is a bug or it is something with my computer. After going in my profile and change something, Canyon minimizing it self after a few minutes, and continue to do so.... THis last for several days, then it stop behave that way..... until I go in the profile again.... Anybody know how to fix this annoying behavior?

What did you originally change in the setting?

Is it a program running in windows that's causing it ie. antivirus program?

Hey Nesrally. That's a wierd one but I have seen it myself a couple of times. I figured out that I should not leave Mozilla Thunderbird (email) open while playing ManiaPlanet: It seems a bit more random than your issue but I've had the game minimize itself just as new messages appear in my email.

My guess is, this is something in your system , not the game.

It is probably something different. I've been playing Canyon with both Firefox and Thunderbird launched at the same time, and I did not observe such issues.
And I'm switching as well between ManiaPlanet and Firefox or Thunderbird for longer processing times ingame

Happens to me sometimes too , I get even kicked out maniaplanet sometimes .

I find it quit exiting, what wil happen next .

Serious :

When I'm going online and klick on server to join , at last moment I change my mind and press esc button.
That's when I'm kicked out of Maniaplanet. Game shuts down.

Well it's still beta, hope te final ( about a year or so ) release wil be better.

TrackMania has always had a community of players with a wide variety of ages. Nothing strange or unusual about it. The game has broad appeal. Nothing to see here, move along...

I bet Fluffykins would get a shock if he knew how old quite a few of us are on here Anyway back on track, I've had this a couple of times and still don't know the cause, I'd try all of the above to the point of closing all other apps\av etc. I even wondered if it was a Windows update popup
