Game Key

I purchased shootmania in alpha from the mania planet site. Since then I have deleted the email with my game key.
I have been e-mailing and opening tickets since the first week in march and every time i get this response:

I'm at a loss of what to do. I've contacted Ubisoft, GamesPlanet and even sent an email to a link I found on these forums. Ive made over 7 requests over the last month. My account hasn't changed and I don't see a refund. What am I suppose to do? Start over and buy the game again?

if you loose the cd/dvd of a game you bought what do you do? You need to buy it again. :|

Quite the same thing here. It is well written in the mail that the information needs to be kept and not deleted. I don't see any alternative, but they might be someone that has an idea about it.

Please check carefully your bank account or if the payment system you have used that time allows refunding, or if you have now a bonus there.

If the support says there was a refund, the key was invalidated and cannot be used anymore.

Since I have an account and I used the game key on that account I should be able to recover it. If not, then wow... thats really bad.

The question is: is the account still working or not?
Where is the refund? Only at Gamesplanet for a new purchase perhaps ("whitelisted")?

Apparently they did not send you the key, so you will have to get a new one.

The account is still working, and I don't see any type of refund. Ive haven't noticed any change online, I still have access to everything. I know I got a key, I even got 3 temp keys to give away to friends(I still have one of the temp keys because i sent it to a friend via email and its still in my outbox). But this was around last june/july when I purchased it.
