This is Ryan Mitchell (known as IPL|sycknesS by some), I want to thank you all for making the ShootMania community a great place over the last year or so. As some of you may have heard, IPL has been purchased by Blizzard. This means that there will be no more IPL ShootMania tournaments or content (youtube/daily casts/etc.). IPL is 100% done, and Blizzard will be using their newly acquired employees to create content specifically for their own titles. I have had a great time creating content for such an awesome community, and it saddens me that I won't be able to continue creating content with IPL. Many of the IPL employees weren't offered jobs at Blizzard, and I fell into that category. This is a little bit bittersweet for me. On the bitter side of things, I won't be able to work with the great group of guys (and girls) that made IPL so great.
But on the brighter side, I've decided I want to continue commentating and creating content in eSports. 
A little background on myself - I've been playing games competitively for about 15 years. I have played professionally in Counter-Strike 1.6 (ggnr, Legacy), Team Fortress 2 (Evil Geniuses, compLexity, Pandemic), and StarCraft 2 (Check Six, VP, Lazarus Gaming).
With all this in mind, I would like to ask you guys for your support moving forward. If anyone is organizing a tournament and needs a caster, please point them in my direction! If anyone needs an eSports content producer, please point them in my direction! I look forward to casting more ShootMania tournaments, I am truly passionate about FPS games and love what I do.
I won't lie to you and say I'm the best commentator out there either. I am relatively new to commentating, but I do believe that I have come A LONG way from when I first started casting the daily streams at the IPL office.

I don't believe there are many casters that have the analysis that I do, especially for FPS games. My level of excitement and passion in my casts is something that I have been working hard on. I strive to improve upon my commentating abilities every day. That being said, I am open to constructive criticism! Please tell me what you think I could do to make the casts more enjoyable for the viewers, I am ALWAYS open to and appreciate any and all criticism.
