Hi All,

I have been trying to install new cars on trackmainia but i cant seem to do it.

C:\Users\James\Documents\ManiaPlanet\Skins\Models\CarCommon

The above is where i am putting the zip files.

I can only view the car in "paint a car"

Can someone help please.

which car are you trying to install?
which game are you talking about? canyon, stadium? if stadium - have you bought it?

ferrari F50, trying to install it on canyon. yes brought the game.

try to put it to ManiaPlanet\Skins\Vehicles\CarCommon...

Okay, try putting the car in a different folder.
Instead of "C:\Users\James\Documents\ManiaPlanet\Skins\Models\CarCommon" make new folders so it looks like this:
"C:\Users\James\Documents\ManiaPlanet\Skins\Vehicles\CarCommon"

Models is only used by ShootMania:Storm if I'm not entirely mistaken but due to a weird bug it creates folders for every main title in that as well :s

C:\Users\James\Documents\ManiaPlanet\Skins\Vehicles\CarCommon

Thats what ive done but still no luck.

If you look at the image below its says models not vehicles on my trackmania.

Can you post a link to the skin you're trying to install? I mean a link to where you downloaded it so I can see if the model is broken or something

cars from TM1 (from trackmania-carpark.com) DON'T work. use http://www.maniapark.com now
