Shootmania error 12002

I cant connect to master server,it sayes error 12002.

Did you purchase the game or are you playing with an Open Beta account? Can you connect to Ubisoft servers?
You may receive this error message because of a firewall, antivirus or something else. Did you open the ports 3450 and 2350?
Did you also check if the "working offline" option is not hit in the task bar of Internet Explorer?

I did those things and still cant connect to the master server.

I bought the game from steam and i got no maniaplanet account.

Probably a firewall issue, consider disabling your software and hardware firewall and test if you can connect.
Do not forget to re-enable the firewalls after you've tested.

If you're sure you disabled them correctly we shall test a thing through ping. It's also possible that a network administrator blocked those connections. Or so.
Try to ping the following in the command line (WIN+R -> cmd -> run):
Code: Select all
ping mp01.maniaplanet.com
.. till ..
ping mp08.maniaplanet.com

Ping was working. I got the pings.

I still blame the firewall then. But you've claimed you disabled them correctly so I don't know anything else then. Maybe someone else.
