WELCOME!
This is the official thread for Nav's Custom Maps server!

Directions:
North America > United States of America > Alabama > Nav's Custom Maps

So what is Nav' Custom Maps? In short its my personal server with all custom maps made by me! Why is that awesome? My name is Elie Platt and I went to school for game development, and I now work as a professional level designer for Rocket City Studios, however I still love Trackmania! The sever is a showcase of the best maps I have made for TM1 and soon, new maps from TM2. Running a map server dedicated to my own maps means that I can keep a close eye on conditions, fix shortcuts and bugs, verify that all media tracker files like custom music is working, and pull unpopular content quickly!

Current Server Features:
*New*
--- Permanent lap time recording.
--- Server rankings
--- Map ranking
*End of new*
---Time attack maps with competitive times between 50s and 1m30s
--- A full variety of Full-speed, Dirt, Stunt, and more type tracks.
--- Currently running 21 of the best of my TM Nations Maps.
--- At least 1 new map per month.
--- All tracks have GPS so you can learn the track.
--- All checkpoints are designed so that you can finish a race.
--- All maps have custom music hosted by a dedicated server.
--- All maps are NOT editor password protected so you can save them and even mod them if you like.
--- Maps range in difficulty from Beginner (the forest) to hardcore (Assembler) with the most falling at a medium level where at least half+ of the participants should be able to finish even if its their first time on the server.

Coming Soon:
--- Blackwall map will come out of retirement.
--- Will upload maps to TMX
--- A "retired maps" server for all the B quality maps that don't make the main server.'
--- MABY: a nav's friends server featuring tracks from my friends!

Known Bugs! :(
--- Some music is broken. UPDATE: Music all works but not on the first try, sometimes you have to load maps in the editor first, Its a TM2 problem not a server problem. :(
--- Fragmentation and Orbis have performance issues on some computers.
--- Orbis can take very very long to load on some computers.
--- 9g's and "Dirt Air and Sea" are broken for TM2 but i am going to fix them if i can.

Bugs that have been fixed:
--- Going to add a new sign to The Forest, its not missing, it was simply never there and i think it needs it.
--- Modern art and Pyramid are VERY difficult to navigate until the platform wall bug (Nadeo bug) is solved.
--- Pyramid, Mystery Box, Invasion, Underworld may need additional lighting now that the new system is so dark.
--- Hadron, Terminal, and Pyramid are missing some arrow signs.
--- Ender has arrows pointing in the wrong direction
