can't find combo mode

Hello, i can't find the combo mode, its not on game mode screen!
Also is it possible to go in a Elite match with a 3 man team?

The combo mode has to be downloaded and installed first, please search the forum for combo, there were a few questions like this already
About Elite: If you can find a 3vs3 match, you can play.

i really dont understand why they just dont put it with everything else...
Its like NADEO doesnt want people to play Combo ( yeah yeah im over-exaggerating , i know )
Anyways , its confusing!
Also make shortcuts to important manialinks such as that mania-store. I swear to god less than 50% doesnt know what a manialink is or what the maniastore is. Its these little things NADEO always forgets.
It literally takes up 5minutes to add some sort of button. When you open up the maniabrowers its an empty screen with one addressbar & buttons. Theres plenty of room. Just saying
