[RC1] Editor Mod selection

Originally posted here, but still not fixed unfortunately (the menu in the background is not blurred and not darker, and the popup is not centered vertically):
if you select a mood and a mod (hold CTRL key at map selection for the editor),
while the mood selection popup works as expected, the popup for the mod selection is bugged:
In Storm there is the same issue:
