[Canyon] Ladder - Continent changing lp penalty

Hylis said in other topic that you would get a LP penalty for changing continent, you would go back to 60k if you do that. As seen on this topic http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic. ... 68&t=18948 , this is much needed for the 100k ladder, as some players are using the "not losing LP bug for changing continent" as a LP boost on the 100k ladder.
