Hi there, just started playing Elite for the first time since I last played in beta. I've been playing on the standard Nadeo Matchmaking lobby, and when I get into games I constantly have the globe with a cross symbol in the bottom right.

Particularly, when I'm attacking I cannot move at all, and when I jump it seems like I'm stuck in the floor. Sometimes it will let me move in fits and stutters, and when I shoot nothing appears but it makes the noise most of the time, and I can just jam on the button and shoot constantly.

It's not my connection, I'm on University grade internet 100Mb down 80Mb up, but the lag is horrendous.

Don't understand what the network figures should be myself, but can anyone decipher that?

You can check the configuration of your antivirus and firewall. Maybe try on another server or gamemode.

I know Maniaplanet is definitely allowed through my firewall. Are there any ports I should forward also?

Try to use match making lobbies that are near you. If you are in the U.S. you should avoid to play on EU servers and the other way round

I was using the French matchmaking EU lobby - I live in England.

The lobbies are very crowded... They always lag to me... but i can play normally when i'm in a match

Yeah it's really bad for me in a match too. I'll give updates if it changes.

Same problem here as well...
