I was tweaking settings on launcher yesterday but seems like I fucked up as now all the maps are a lot darker and there are full black textures on random places. I tried to reset settings and remove Trackmania folders on userdata & documents but it's still broken. What should I do?

It is wrong calculation of light. It nothing wrong from your side if you don't creating that maps.

But I'm having this problem on all maps including the maps that I didn't have any problem on.

Reinstall the game maybe?

no, only delete Default.Config.Gbx

I have this same issue with the dark boxes when I put graphics too low.
I want the config to be low, not default...

Does this appear on every map?
Both on online and on local server play?

Please indicate the name of a map where this definitely happens (or give download link to it),
and please also post a screenshot so we can see the exact error effect.

Did you clean the cache after you changed the settings?
Did you try to let ManiaPlanet calculate all lightmaps again?

I have had problems before almost the same with PiGmY, it has been fixed when I got clean the cache.

Most of the common elite maps I have issues. How do I recalculate and clear cache? (I will search but this forum sometimes make s it hard to find)
