I have a question for you guys.
When you buy the game do you have to pay extra to keep playing it? Or you only have to pay once and no more?

and the rest you can do ingame: with the medals you achieve, you get Planets. And those Planets you can use for ingame content like skins, models, objects, map packs and title packs.
You can also propose your own creations.

And FYI... using PLS Answer for the title of a thread is pretty rude.

Because it doesn't explain what the thread is about.
Not to mention you're crying for special treatment in that everyone should forget about everything and answer you.
But you got your answer, so be happy and please name future threads better so that the people who know the answer are more likely to read it and answer you

I think this is a good thread to add an additional question and although it's not applicable to me personally (more for the steeffeens of this world), i'm just curious in the view point of Nadeo on this topic...
If i remember correctly i've seen Hylis describe Shootmania (or ManiaPlanet) as a 'kind of FPS OS' in a steam chat in the past week. Shootmania is great for adding custom content and features will be added in the future to give the community even more options to create content and titles. To create awesome custom content (with custom modes, models, blocks, skins, actions), their creators have to dedicate a significant amount of time to that content. Will there be ways for the custom content creators to monetize their creation? Is there an incentive for third party developers to develop content within MediaPlanet?
I don't know how i would feel about this topic myself... I like what i see right now, but i feel there is a limit in the depth of the content that will be created without those 'real world incentives', while ManiaPlanet/ShootMania offers a platform that could give said developers a great framework to deliver thier content. Does ManiaPlanet fulfill its full potential if it's based on a purely Planet based economy?
EDIT> Or is this sufficiently covered by Planets > Free servers > In-game advertising space?

You can get Planets for your work, but I wouldn't pay you a cent for anything, because that's what Maniaplanet is about; User-Creations are free and mostly charged with planets.
Many 3D-Modellers do it for free, too; so why do you want to get money? It's a game, don't forget this.

I don't want money. I have ideas, but not the time or skill to create anything of value myself. If made some (unplayed) maps which i shared with the world. And i've messed around with skins, the script and blender, but sadly at the moment i can't dedicate myself enough to it to learn that stuff and create something worth sharing.
I'm not talking about 3D models, maps, game modes, etc. I was just wondering... in some communications Nadeo positions ManiaPlanet as a platform (or framework, or engine) in which completely new games can be created. The background of my question was more about understanding the focus of Nadeo: Are they fully dedicated on creating a awesome game with nice tools for the community? or are the partly spending their resources on creating that platform that i described?
It's just questions without any intensions to do something with the answers apart from being informed.
