New Update = lags

My situation, I'm playing on server (poland or germany host) and my ping is around 50-80, thats ok, but after minute ping is going to 4000 or 1400 and after some seconds down to normal. Why ?
p2p and locators disabled, in other games i don't have problems with connection.
