After repeatedly going into audacity and checking that the horn i wanted was far under 10 seconds and was in either ogg of WAV format, i recieve the same message.

Horn invalid, it must be ogg MONO or WAV and must be under 10 seconds. I seem to have met this criteria, any help?

On the left of the blue squigly lines, there is a drop down menu with the track name. Click on that and select "Split Stereo to Mono". Then try exporting again.
