I need to re download Trackmania Canyon. I have a key and validation code and I purchased it last Summer. I have forgotten my password for mania planet and when I put my user name in and email it says no email in account. I try to create new account and use the key for trackmania and it says key already in use. I know it is because it is my key.
Mania planet says 24/7 support and I cannot find out how to access that and it also says I can re download game and I can't seem to do that
please help

No need to post 2x the same message. And the support is not really 24/7, since it is partially based on the community
You also have to understand this forum here is not the sales support.

The thing is, the download is only available on the Player Page, or on the place where you purchased it.
You really don't have any confirmation mail anymore?

When you try to get a new password, are you sure you give the right login and the correct e-mail adress (the one you mentionend at the time of the purchase?
Only one try should be enougj (I already have done this quite a few times and it always worked).
Please check your spam filter.

If all this doesn't help, please contact the support of your dealer, so they send you the key again.

I purchased from Mania Planet. I have my order number, validation code, and game key. I do not have the original email. My email address is the same as when purchased and Mania planet log in says no email in account, whatever that means when I try to get them to resend my password. I reposted because I could not find tne original post. I cannot get into my account with Mania planet. I just need to get into Mania Planet,then I could download the game again.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Did you purchase the full version, or was it perhaps a 1 year limited offer (e.g. which came with a CPU)?

It looks like you did never enter your mail address in the profile in game.
In this case ou can only contact the dealer's support. Sorry, but we can't do anything here in the forum.

And a download won't help much sicne you don't have the correct password, right?

YOU ARE THE DEALER, MANIA PLANET, or at least this is the dealer forum
then let me create a new account
I have the correct game key, it is only the Mania Planet account I need. If I could download the game then the key would activate it

Perhaps you did not understand properly.
Let me repeat it one more time:

This is the user forum of Maniaplanet only, and also Nadeo (the developpers of the game) can't do anything either.
We don't have any sales support, and especially not the key management here.
The key management is outside, at GamesPlanet/Metaboli and Ubisoft.

Therefore would you please address your issue to the dealer where you have purchased the key!?
Also allow a few workings days before an answer.

Btw. the first topic in the English support forum is the account/key issues topic.
There you will find more information and links to the support places. Why did you not look there ?

Your anger is understandable, but shouting does not really help. Yes, writing everything in capitals is considered as shouting in forums.
So please stop shouting at me or at anyone here, because nobody in this forum can't do anything, for the reasons I gave you just above.
And since I am only trying to help, and this during my poor leasure time, I don't need shouting at all here, or I don't have to help at all then.
