I saw top rank players have mad hopping skills. It looks like CS 1.6 scroll-ducking. What I wanna ask is how are they doing it? By binding jump to wheel or something?

You just need a good mouse and/or lots of practice. Just create a local game and do nothing but 'soft' rightclicking, always just for a split second and as fast as you can of course.
