[OpenBeta][Maniahome] Blacklist doesn't work

Two problems at maniahome:privacy > players
-1st problem is that blacklisted players are still visible in game (chat)
-2nd problem is that some players cannot be blacklisted (message: oops, you cannot blacklist this manialink)
