Setting camera positions on tracks

Hi there
Ive spent ages looking, and all i keep getting is threads about tracks with bad camera angles nothing about how to actually set the camera positions in the editor.
so, my simple question is,
how do you set the forced camera positions for sections of the track.
the track im making is dammed hard with 3rd person view. i need to change it to bumper view at certain areas.
any links / help apreciated
