Sometimes when somebody join server that i manage , his nickname ( after while ) become "bot" - when i press tab i normally see his nickname, but in team list in UI i see bot , even above his head i see bot....when this occurs i am not able to look at his details ( hold alt and click on his nick in UI, not even in tab)

i am not sure which version of server we have there... do you think just regular update should work things out..? ( re- up server files, for new ones from off. page )

and if u are the bot u cant talk using teamchat.

So i every body can read what you say in the chat = super anoying :/

Any update from a moderator on this? Is it caused by outdated server files? is it a bug? is it being worked on?

as i updated the original post... problem was resolved by server update- it was outdated server

That's good to hear. I was having this issue with my Elite servers. Since the previous update did nothing for Elite, I had skipped it. Having updated yesterday, hopefully it is fixed.

Edit: Updating to latest did, indeed, fix the problem.

I am thinking that there is more to this then outdated servers... ive been playing on server with the latest patch and they same players pop up sometimes with "bot" as their name... bots don't even spawn in elite so that doesn't make much sense.. anyone have more info on this?

Are you the same "banks" that plays on the CPLr servers often? I have yet to see this happen since I updated those. If you experience it on any of our servers, let me know so I can look into it.
