Site for server advertising?

Heyo community!
I was thinking about advertising my TM² Stadium server somewhere.
Since it seems forbidden here and just tournament announcments are allowed (at least that's what I figured) I'm kind off having the problem to find some website like that.
Can someone help me with this?
