The water terraforming block of type 1 can only be placed on ground level, but not on top of the mountains 2, 3 and 4

So blocks 5-2-* and 6-3-4 cannot be placed either, although it could be nice to have lakes and rivers on higher ground.
A transition for the water (waterfalls or pipes) would also be nice

And, also a smaller dam (as we already have windmill and solar panels) to make the Green Power complete

Multi-height water costs a lot of performance, this is why the lakes are ground only.

ah, too bad. I thought you would make similar features available in all titles, like water, trees, terraforming...
