Hi there,

I am having troubles with Maniaplanet these days and it is really starting to piss me off.

2 weeks ago or so I already had that problem, that when I wanted to login into Maniaplanet I had that http error 403 and then when I tried to login into my Player-Page it said: "This Player does not exist".
That was obviously not the case and when I tried to log in with another account I had no problem at all, neither in MP nor in the Player-Page, wich means the problem should not be at my side, so my system and my internet are alright.
The next day there was no problem anymore.

Now I am having the same problem again yesterday as well as today.
Though this time it seems to be more inconstistent. For example I could log into Player-Page that one time and WHILE I was browsing it I suddenly had to log in again (like there was the Login-Page opened IN the Player-Page wtf?) and it said:
"This Player does not exist."

I could not play for two days now and already one day earlier...
... does anyone know why? Can I even do something about it, since for me it clearly seems to be a problem not related to me?

Very strange. I never had any issue with the player page until now.

Do you have other applications running, that make use of secure HTTP?
E.g. webserver, chat application, P2P download, etc.?

I do not think so? (I am not really a computer crack >.>)
Firefox with some random forums open, Teamspeak, Music-Player and Skype (not really in use, just open).
Those are that are usually running, and all the Autostart-stuff should also be the same everytime I start the pc. So I do not think there is anything different than usually.
Also, if the problem was there, why would I have no problem at all to log in and play with another account?

Sry for double post, but I have actually found one way to reproduce this 403 issue.

Everytime I am on my Player Page and try to see my Ladder servers (first i click ladder servers, then I choose Storm) not the right site open buts ... this (pic). When I try to log in there -> Player does not exist.

On this pic you can see, that that happens while I am even online ingame.

Now when I log out there too and try to log in again it tells me 403 as you can see here.

When I do this I cannot log in into either of them for quite some time, I will try to figure out how much it could be.

Again, when I try this with another account everything's fine.


Now to recap:
The first time this happened, two weeks ago, I already had a dedicated server on this account, though it was no ladder server, just 50k.
Now that server is 70k.
On the other account there is nothing.

What browser / browser version / OS?

Firefox 22.0, Win 7

When I try it with IE (whatever version that might be) it also says Player does not exist.

Same problem here,
player-page displays "player does not exist", when connect to the master server I get an http-error 403.
Last action today was to set the valley server to 60k and since then i can not connect to the game

It still happens on a regular basis and seems to have to do sth. with the darn Player Page.
This time for example I just logged in and did nothing. Whe I came back I was autologged out and couldn't log in again.

Please at least inform us, if you have a clue or not what this shit is about. It can't be that a few of the people that pay money for these games randomly loose their access.

As long as I have to assume that my game does not work as soon as I use Player Page once, I guess I'll have to spam the wishlist thread with porting all the functions from Player Page into Maniaplanet.

AGAIN.

I haven't even used my Computer for one week and now, that I want to check out the PlayerPage: THIS PLAYER DOES NOT EXIST.

It's bullshit, that I cannot play any of the 3 games I have spent money on, every time I try to use Player Page and you won't even tell me and the people with the same problem IF you have an idea why it happens.
Are you kidding me? It's bullshit.

If I ask you at least say: "no".

No answer to me means:

"Well no, I don't know, I don't care, I have your money already, so I don't give a shit."

I'm so happy to be a customer of nadeo right now.
