[Valley] Copy paste mountain bug.

Hello, when you copy paste mountain with road in with only the base selected the terraforming disappear. (only if you select the base and not the full terraforming.
Usually I do terraforming before adding tracks. And mostly terraforming causes the disappearing of tracks, especially inside the mountains.
