Is it possible to choose the skin for other profiles?

I sometimes like to play the Splitscreen mode with friends, and they complain that their cars is all white, is there a way for me to choose their skins? Also Valley and Storm are lacking on it's library when I play on their profiles, and I can't load it up for some reason

The only way to change skin is skip the first race then press "Revenge" and the game will assign random skins. But it would be nice to have at least a button to select custom skins for other profiles
