I couldn't place 1-3-6 above 1-1-7 although apparently there should be enough space between the block and the telegraph poles and the trees.



Bug or really not enough space?

Really not enough space, block 1-1-7 got a pole that's to high and stopping block 1-3-6
Wouldn't hurt to mix it into there, doesn't look like the pole interferes with the road.

yeah. I tried to place the 1-1-7 one block away and it worked, using 1-1-9 which has no pole.
Still one can find many "forbidden" combinations
