GFX Driver Crash on Stadium and Valley

Hi,
Since Stadium was released on TM2, I've been getting periodic crashed of my graphics drivers. My card and computer is fairly old, but I never had any trouble with Canyon. It's an NVIDIA 8800 GTS. When it happens the screen turns to black and comes back about a minute later once the drivers have restarted and dispalys an error message saying that the drivers had crashed.
I've been spending the last few weeks trying to work out if there is a pattern to it. It seems to happen a lot more when trying to validate tracks in the editor than anything else, and it has started happening there almost every time I try on Valley now.
I first thought it could be a problem with my GFX card overheating, so I've cleaned it up to hopefully make sure that isn't the issue. I've heard a couple of other people complaining about this happening to them, so I was wondering how many other people have had the same issue? It has been hot here recently, but today is quite cool and it happened instantly when I tried to validate a track, when I had just turned the PC on and loaded the editor, so the residual temperatures should have been very low.
