I turned nametags off; in the MT and in the render settings, but they keep appearing when spotting a player.

Please fix that.

There is a hotkey for changing the "marker-mode".

By pressing ^ (at least on my keyboard) you can change the mode you are in.

1. all marker are shown, gamemode markers, as well as players
2. only gammode markes are shown (like poles or whatever)
3. no markers at all are shown

I guess it's the second mode you are looking for.

I don't know what is up with the settings you made, but I never thought I would have to care about those.

I can not answer like this, but I think we added the nametags in replay as the way players would see them, in order to capture more of what is happening in the action. So, maybe there is a need of track of nametag visibility to swtich on/off the option, knowing that global visibility is more in another spirit of forcing nametags or not.

Yeah! in my example, where I am doing a fragmovie, the nametags look not very pretty in my opinion.

+1 for the global option!

Nametags (as seen by the player) & +1 are both controlled by the "Show HUD" options in the GameCamera block options.

The "+1" was always ok, but the nametags option would be cooler if set independently
