I'm trying to buy Valley through PayPal, but i get this message from PayPal;

We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now

We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time.
Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)

Was sent back to Maniaplanet and saw this;

Payment Refused

You might not have entered your payment details correctly, or you might have been blocked by our security system.
If you are sure you have typed the right information, please consult our FAQ or contact our customer support.

Did anyone else had a problem like this? Please advise.
I can login to paypal 's site with no problem.

Update;
So i went to Ubisoft and bought the game and received my Valley Key, but nowhere can i find the download button for the exe file. This is a horrible experience!!!!
