Is it possible to have images of each echelon level?

If it's for in game usage, you can use :

file://Media/Manialinks/Common/Echelons/echelon1.dds

file://Media/Manialinks/Common/Echelons/echelon3.dds
file://Media/Manialinks/Common/Echelons/echelon4.dds

I have to use these images in an Android application, is it possible to have theme out of the game?
