Cancelled Trackmania Games?

Something that I've been curious about lately is, if Nadeo ever cancelled a Trackmania game or environment, well the only thing that I know that it's possibly cancelled is that car
Maybe it will be used in the future or it's just a concept art, but I would love to know more behind the creation of Trackmania

I can imagine an Asian environment riding this car and drifting throught waterfalls-littered mountain roads...
