But I'm excited about this whole thing^^

Yeah, tried it yesterday by joining the canyon server, but was stuck on it without interface and only canyon maps playing. Looking forward for another try this weekend
Keep up the good work

Re: TM2 United/Multi-Envi Open Alpha
Didn't Nadeo say that they would add multi environment in September?

My return is a long period after the end of muy holidays. Just that we are working on it. It depends more on the update work than else.
Re: TM2 United/Multi-Envi Open Alpha
keep in mind that there most likely only will be multi-envi titles!
so that the players are still split into different titles
imho this sucks
of course a multi-envi solo campaign would be cool but
the first goal should rather be a multi-titles server and not multi-envi titles

Thanks for server! (I want more peoples on this server )
Re: TM2 United/Multi-Envi Open Alpha
I raced a couple of tracks and must say everything worked just fine. The switch between titles were flawless.
So very well done and thanks for all the hard work

I was going to do it on my free time with ManiaLive !
Nice project
Why redevelopping another server controller for this project (just curiosity ^^) ?

thanks for the feedback guys
@magnetik
because i don't really like how most of the controllers are built
they have always some weird stuff
- ugly coding
- not fully object oriented
- ugly configuration
- ugly extensibility
- ugly coding
- ...
and as the controller has to manage several server at once the plugins and other stuff of existing controllers might screw up things by affecting the execution
//Edit: okay that sounds like i'm saying everyone but me is writing bad code -.- ^^
that's obviously not true
but some controllers have some bad code for sure
anyways, that's only a small concern
the main point though was the incompatibility with plugins etc
the active server changes all the time and people would expect that every plugin of xaseco2 or manialive (for example) will work with my tool
but i can't provide that, so it's better to build a new controller which will work 100% fine with the multi-envi tool
