There is an error if i want to create a title pack.
It comes this window:
Does anyone know, how to fix this error?

i tried to update my own title pack to update this, and then there comes this window.
and if i try to create a new one, it shows me the window. i tried it x times but it shows me the window too

It seems to works now, even if <Base></Base> is empty.
