Hi all,
I’ve got the feeling that the number of players is decreasing. This leads to less fun for the remaining players, which makes them to play other games, too.
It is a vicious circle

Are there plans to face this problem?

I think only a reduction of the actual price would help out. At least reduce it to 10-15€ or a Steam Sale with about 70% reduction
You could also advertise more or remove a mode which is not being played often to bundle the players.

Another advice: Let the Title Packs become more present! There are many new blocks in some of them (like speedball) really adding more fun and possibilities to the game. You can now even turn all the new blocks (because they are items) in any direction on all axes.

Many players don’t know yet that there are title packs you could advertise them more, too.

Are there more suggestions?

It would be really sad if the game would die out, because there’s a lot of potential especially with the title packs and community content.
I want to make clear that these problems are problems you have to face early otherwise it may be too late!

Do you really think that a price discount or more advertisment would bring more players to shootmania?

Yes probably some new players would come but they would quit quickly like the majority of the community is, at the moment, doing.

Advertisment or discount would just work like a painkiller: it does immediately work but its effect is going to disappear in few hours if you dont heal the real reason of the pain.

This example does fit perfectly for the shootmania (really bad) situation. This game needs a surgery and a powerful antidote, not a small pill.

The only thing is we need people to know it

and if you ask me, you should make title pack servers visible for all players, change something about the interface, let players get achievements, make all blocks turnable in editor and add some new blocks. But the community has said most of these things already so its up to you

Why do they give away a ps4 actually? So you then go play on your ps4 and not play shootmania on your pc
