Model / Skin not visible

Hello, I wanted to know why any car model or handmade skin or downloaded skin doesnt work in multiplayer ? I mean I see them but other players dont. I check p2p think in setting menu. I placed models on the right place (documents/maniaplanet/skins/models/stadiumcar or common car) WITH LOCATOR as well. Also my handmade formula skin is not visible for other players. Tell me where could be the problem ? Thank you for your answers.
