Hey maniaplanet folks,

Just a simple question:

What do you expect and wish to see of the upcoming Paris game week (PGW) for Maniaplanet and its games ?

Actually, what do you expect will be presented of Maniaplanet/SM/TM? What game features will Hylis present?

And what would you like to see to be presented in the Maniaplanet conference?
-> The action maker, the new tool for titlepacks?

Do you mean increasing the playerbase for all Maniaplanet games or just more Trackmania, especially Valley which has definitely a much smaller playerbase than the other games?

I wish, Nadeo will show new Maniaplanet design.

This year, there is no games to present (last year was Valley & Stadium, and the year before Storm)

So, I will be at the show and intend to say some words on stage, before the TM & SM world finals, but it will be short. Keep in mind that it is a wide audience show and my goal is more to invite them into Maniaplanet, than discuss advanced features with the community.

I will discuss more after the finals, out of stage, and after these days, on the forums. Omnixor is quite right that it's important to bring more people in, and we are going to do some radical stuff for this. At the same time, we work to increase the interest of Maniaplanet. The Elite Demo is encouraging, but there is still a lot to do for TM & SM.

So you are not going to reveal new stuff for Maniaplanet?

I expect them to not address serious questions regarding awful netcode and bugs related to movement/physics like they have for over a year now.

It will not be a presentation like that, unfortunately, because it was cool.

Sadly, even if the whole studio is bigger and faster than ever, there are various timings to deal with. Some stuff that we are doing are on short term, some are mid term and some more long term. But with the rather recent releases of Storm, Stadium & Valley, and first updates, we had more to deal with short term, which makes us with less things at the moment.

So, my priority is always to increase the quality of the whole Maniaplanet, TM & SM, but some stuff is also being prepared to increase number of players on many occasions.
