Hello,
I've get a E-Mail from "noreply@trackmania.com" with News about ManiaPlanet.
I accidentally click on the link to unsubscribe this E-Mail News.
How can I sign up to this news information again?

basically in the profile in the game, on the right side, below "ACCOUNT": there is a small red dot below the Email:
O RECEIVE MAIL ABOUT MANIAPLANET
Click on it, and you should receive again such notifications.

In the profile the button of receiving mails about ManiaPlanet wasn't disabled.
But in the internet browser after clicking the link I received the notification that I have successfully unsubscribed.
Is there any other mail subscriptions about ManiaPlanet I could subscribe?

Do you have TMU or TMN as well? then it might be from there.

You can untick the checkbox in your profile, save it (exit the profile) and go back and check it again, this should do it as well.
