do you notice that when you play online people have stadiumcardefault skin replaced with the Heineken ?

What is it "Heineken"? I see default carskin and others normal skins.

I have it sometimes too , when I loose my own skin then I see suddenly the Heineken car.
But when I search for the car in painter I can not find it, very strange. ( a ghost car ).

But I also see it with other people, maybe nadeo has a new sponser ?

I have nothing like this no. Consider it a feature of the game.

I reckon someone painted the Heineken car and renamed it to StadiumCarDefaultSkin.zip . Then it somehow got donwloaded during online play and stored to you cache folder and now TM2 is confused

it's ingame advertising. you can turn it on or off in the launcher. a couple of years ago, all the billboards in stadium were filled with an ad for the new pirates of the carribean movie.

Yeah, and with advertising the individual ads are usually just regional. Though making the ad a default car skin is not something I've seen before!
