"Access denied" on model download at store

Hi,
i want to download some of the 10th anniversary models but anyway wich envy i try to download the free models, it says "Access denied" all the time!
I own TM² Canyon as standalone and TM² Stadium and TM² Valley as Steam Version but it isnt working in none of the versions!

Can you download other models on the maniaplanet-store manialink? Is it only the 10th TM Anniversary models that you can't download?

No!
Not at all! I've tried it in every envi, with steam, without steam, disabled firewall but still the same!
ACCESS DENIED!
Dont know what i should do anymore

Very strange. Make sure your router is properly configured.
Try to download from ManiaPark.
And also check your anti-virus if it is blocking the download in the background (to be able to see it, you might need to place ManiaPlanet in Windowed mode... press F11 a few times).

Did you try to clear your cache?
