As the title says, nobody is being rewarded LP for playing on Matchmaking 'Ubisoft Elite Europe GOLD - 100k'

I'm assuming that your are talking about the EU server.

For some reasons a few match servers are not in 100K.

I'm looking forward to fix it now.
