Hey everyone,
I'am new on the forums but I have been playing trackmania 2 valley for some time now, I'am really enjoying it and I feel like I'am starting pull of perfect tracks (I'am ranked 1300 or so atm).
But a few days ago a player claimed I was cheating somehow. I was getting a few good times on a couple of tracks, and he claimed I was having the same record for a couple of times now on this particular track. I dunno if this was true but its ridiculous to call for a ban based on this. I luckily had a few other players backing me up and the vote ended without me getting banned.
Now the same thing happened today, this same particular player joined the game and instantly started calling me a cheater etc, he called for another ban vote and this time i wasn't lucky and now I'am banned from this popular server.
I'am not aware of how these things get fixed or how I'am supposed to deal with it or prevent it.

Re: IP banned
Hi, bans aren't permanent and are login based. When the server is restarted you will be able to join it again. I personally avoid servers that aren't well maintained by admins were decision are taken with votes.
If the server admin recognizes that there might be a mistake he might remove the ban, but for that he must see this message and believe you. If as I suspect you were on one of the ubisoft servers you will need to wait that the server is restarted.
Meanwhile you will need to try other servers

No, they are IP based.oliverde8 wrote:Hi, bans aren't permanent and are login based.
Blacklists are login based, and permanent too if saved/reloaded across server restarts.
Next time a ban vote is coming your way, disconnect before it completes, and the vote aborts (I think, it's been a long while).
