Hi to all,

I've created some months ago a dedicated server, Competitive racers 0-80000LP which has cost to me 40.000Planets.
Now I've gained additional 40.000Planets and would like to upgrade my dedicated server to "Pro Racers".
As done before, upgrading it from "Amateurs place" to "Competitive racers", I've deleted the Ladder Server to obtain back the deposit and then upgraded. What I was expecting is to obtain back the 40.000Planets I've paid as deposit on my user account.
The problem is, I've obtained only 29.000 Planets, why?!?! Where are my 11.000Planets?

NADEO guys are already aware of this problem and will have a look at it.

Actually it's not a bug neither an issue. When players have debts toward nadeo because of taxes, etc (I can't go into details because I don't know the system enough ), we want to avoid that players pay us directly and prefer to get a refund of debts by debiting players when they receive planets

How was my account in debt? If you can point me to a documentation I could read...
I cannot understand why my server account should be 11.000 planets in debt.
This is causing me to not upgrade my server after months of playing to gain enough planets....

There's actually tax on ladder investments? Thought it was the "safe place" to store my planets .
