[MP3] TM2 texture/graphical flashes/glitches

So there seems to be quite a few more graphical glitches in the new Maniaplanet 3.0 TM2 build than in the old one, so much so that I've quickly thrown together the following video from only tonight's driving by randomly capturing clips when I noticed issues: http://vimeo.com/94079470
Glitches are quite repeatable and quite noticeable to me now, even though they can be easily missed as they're often a single frame that's wrong. Having put together this video tonight, it also seems to be some kind of translucency bug to me as essentially all the glitches I've documented are some kind of translucency gone wrong type issue...
System specs in brief:
Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center (all updates)
XFX Radeon R9 290 (Catalyst version 13.12)
Game settings:
"Very nice"
Also under "Compatibility" set the following options (all others disabled/no/off):
Maximum FPS: 200
Display freq: 60
Display VSync: Yes
Optimize dynamic geometry: Yes
Enable check lags: Yes
D3D9 BC4/5: Yes
Enable multi-threads: Yes
Advanced Stereoscopy: Yes
Enable D3D9Ex: Yes
CPU/GPU Syncro: None
Vertex processing: Hardware
Lightmap quality: High
Lightmap size: Auto
Lightmap quality ultra: Yes
Lightmap light index: Yes
Lightmap from map: All vehicles
I'll try nail this down further with specific map names and/or test with alternate graphics settings, BUT, I want to reiterate: I didn't have any of these issues on the old build...
Other problems I've seen:
- Game quitting on me a couple of times out of the blue (dump back to desktop)
- Other player cars with default nation skins not using the correct skins. (My buddy from RSA that's supposed to use RSA skin was randomly showing up with e.g. RUS and CRO skins to name two.)
