I have a problem in Trackmania 2 Canyon . I can't set the shadows lower than High. When i set ( example) on Low, after entering the game the shadows are reverting to High, and it rarelly slowdowns the game at some parts of the map.

*AMD Sempron 2600+ 1.6GHz
*1.5GB RAM
*AMD Radeon HD 2400 PRO AGP 256MB

You might try to delete the settings file (typically Default.SystemConfig.Gbx).
Are you using a preset in the video configuration, or do you have selected "none"?

Not it don't worked.
I have customized settings ( no preset ).i set customize on -> Preset : None. But i can't change shadows , the game refuses to take it lower. And i want to run the game smooth , with shadows High it lags in some parts of the map and it's annoying.. Other solution?

You could try to save it under an own name, e.g. I have a own Setting saved as "Screenshots" with all at max. only for this reason.
Maybe the launcher can`t save the settings to a Preset called "None", just a guess.

I can only save the settings in Trackmania 2 Stadium bi clicking " Save as." but in Trackmania 2 Canyon i don't see it.

Are you using the Steam version of Maniaplanet gamrs

No, i have installed it in C://Games/Trackmania 2.

And did you install stadium as a separate version in a different folder?

yes, Stadium is in C://Program Files/ManiaPlanet, saves and other things in Adrian's Documents/ManiaPlanet, and common files (600MB) in AppData/ManiaPlanet. I put all files that are about Trackmania 2 Canyon in the game's folder for no confusion about where are and what games files are.

in folder named "1" are saves, replays,config,maps..
in folder named "2" are the common games files ( 1.05GB )

maniaplanet is kinda made to gather all titles (canyon, stadium, etc) in a single game, why would you use separate game installations at all?
