I want to know..What's the history of nadeo and trackmania? What's happened with Nadeo?Why the newer games are made by ManiaPlanet?Nadeo has transformed in ManiaPlanet or ManiaPlanet has bought Nadeo?Why?

And I want to say , i like very much all Trackmania 2 Series , all are superb,graphics for next-gen.

In facts, Nadeo is the development studio who created all the games from TM Original to TM2 Valley. ManiaPlanet is just a game platform assembling all TM2 and SM, also developed by Nadeo.
