3. This is the legacy browser that was put back due to too many issues with the newer browser
4. The next version of overlay browser might make the ingame browser obsolete... But not confirmed yet.

I dont understand why they dont remove the legacy server and just put a text:
"In developement - Please use the title overlay server"

This way at least we, the community, know what is going on. Nobody playing an FPS game wants to see some racing stuff.
