Problem: Siege Server doesn't start!

Hey Guys,
Today I tried to open a siege server withinh the ingame functions.
My settings on the router,etc. are set correctly, what means that I can run a elite server without any problems (other gammemodes too). Anyways, if I try to open a siege server there comes this error:
Would be nice to get some help, because I have absolutely no idea what to do!"
