I love this game and I dont like be negative. But its impossible play the game actually. No USA servers, are dead. But South American servers are not dead, because never born.No players. No Adverts of the game here. Sad, but true ( credits to Metallica)

It's too bad the game is dead and it's pretty bad for anyone is South America with the ping issues. It'd be nice if more NA players got into the game and knew about NA servers.

Universal demo is expected to be in July, afaik it will allow to play any game and mode in MP for free for a limited time. It should add players.

After 2 years it seems like this game has less players.

I would have expected more after 2years. Much more to be honest.

If you NA people would manage to set up 2 or 4 servers for Elite, Siege and Combo (and battle) you would grow a player base. It needs people to do more than just playing for helping this game to be more popular!

Nadeo will support you with that, not financially, but with tips and general help. Probably you find a sponsor in NA for this game which would host a few servers for free .

I know, sounds like hard work, but I believe that will bring more players back to Shootmania in the first place.

Maybe someone wants to spend 10 $ on 2 SM servers for one month

It was dead long long ago. They killed it with their fake marketing and decisions to not listen to their base.

US servers will be spawned with the launch of the Universal Demo but unfortunately, we have no way to opens game servers in South America.

South American players should contact Brasil Hostings to ask them to propose ShootMania servers: https://cliente.brasilhosting.net/

I can set a server here. I try and work, but i dont know how to config, use plug ins, etc etc

Just another question related to this.
I just started SM for the first time since probably the end of the beta and was wondering what happened to BattleWaves? I remember that this mode was so fun during that time, but now I seem I can't to find any server where it is played. Is BattleWaves really dead or did it got moved out of the main storm title to an for me unknown title pack?

its was never an own title, but simply a game mode script. Perhaps some users created title packs with it, e.g. Realm which has been stopped in the meantime.
