Good morning!
Here is a server version with all the fixes for 3.1RC3 update:

It seems 'NextCallVoteTimeOut' field is now mandatory when calling SetServerOptions. Is there a reason behind it while nothing changed about
that?

mm ok I'll have a look, but I reckon it wasn't on purpose.
and I think I know the culprit....
