Hi.

Why does the game take over server MOD's ?

Look at the picture below :



Look at the background , comes from a server I drove on.

When I drive on my @home server , included my own server MOD , I have the same problem.
After leaving the server and play on a server hosted elswhere , I take my own MOD with me some how.
Thats quit strange.



I also still have problems with cars.
I drove with a buddy online on a short server , I made him a car and he was driving with that. ( so I knew how it looked like )
When I saw his car it was the car of Brasil.
After track change I saw he was driving a car from Turkey , without leaving the server.
I also drive a car I made and my buddy said I was driving a country car.

Whats wrong with this game , or the server ?
Why is getting cars messed up ?

Anyone else having this ?

I have experienced this twice while testing my own Canyon mod on a test server, and then joining another server to find that the default textures have been swapped for my textures.

Yes, but I was not able to reproduce it.
As far as I remember, it happens locally while editing a map inside a custom title pack.
I pushed CTRL while selecting the map to afterward assign a mod to the track. After exiting the editor, the title UI was displayed with that mod. Then I entered the default Stadium title and the title replay was shown with this mod, too.

Same happens in SM. Electron's description is pretty accurate.
You come out of the editor, where you used the mod, and it will appear on maps where it shouldn't.

The random car skins happen when someone uses a custom skin and you can not load it. Instead of the custom skin you see a random default car skin which changes every map.

I can confirm the mod bug in stadium. Was driving on a server which has the same mod for all its maps then changed to a server without mods but the mod of the other server was still being displayed.

yep this happens to me also.

happening for me as well, same as everyone else.
