Problems with Mods on servers

Hi,
I have noticed lately that the mod I used on a map in a previous server followed me to next server.
Example: I am on Server #1 playing a map that uses the mod #1, then I jump to server #2 and the current map playing on server #2 is using mod #5, but I still have Mod #1 showing on this current map. This will happen while on the same server also after switching to the next map. Why ????
